AWAKE SmartLipo Liposuction

SmartLipo™ is a new laser-assisted liposuction technique that simultaneously destroys fat cells and tightens skin. FDA-approved SmartLipo offers a faster, safer and less invasive alternative to other liposuction methods, with fewer side effects and a shorter recovery time.

SmartLipo achieves dramatic results by delivering Nd:YAG laser energy through a small incision to localized fat deposits on the face and body. The laser not only ruptures fat cells, which then drain away harmlessly, it also coagulates tissue on contact, stimulating collagen production for tighter skin and resulting in less bleeding. Fat removal can usually be done in a single 45- to 60-minute treatment with local anesthesia.

Tumescent anesthesia is used.  AWAKE Smartlipo liposuction is safe and effective. Typically a person can return to work in 2-3 days.

Clinic Reneaux is proud to offer complimentary Dermawave sessions after AWAKE SmartLipo Liposuction.  Dermawave uses a different laser frequency than laser liposuction in combination with ultrasound to stimulate lymphatic drainage and promote healing.  Dermawave post laser liposuction has been effective in promoting smoother and more satisfying results from laser liposuction.

Permanent Cosmetics

Micropigmentation, or permanent makeup, can improve a person’s appearance in a variety of ways, from eyebrow, eyelash and lip enhancement to scar and blemish camouflage to nipple/areola coloration following breast reconstruction.  FDA-approved, allergy-tested dyes are made of mineral extracts and can be tinted to match the patient’s skin tone as closely as possible.  The dyes are injected into the skin using micro-needles after the application of a topical anesthesia, with procedures lasting as little as 30 minutes depending on the size of the area being treated.  Results are visible immediately, although more than one session may be required for larger areas or touch-ups.  Most patients are fully recovered within 24 hours.  Contact lenses, makeup and direct sunlight should be avoided for the first few days.

Spider Vein Treatment

Spider veins, or telangiectasias, are small, thin, blood vessels visible beneath the skin. They appear most commonly on the face and legs and may look like a series of lines, tree branches, or a spider- or web-like shape with a dark center. It is estimated that they affect nearly half of adult women in the U.S.

Spider veins are caused by a variety of factors, including heredity, pregnancy (and other conditions that involve changes in hormone levels), weight gain, long periods of standing, and certain medications. They often appear red or blue, and because they form on the face, thighs, calves and ankles, many patients are bothered by the way they look. Others seek medical treatment for uncomfortable symptoms such as aching, burning, swelling and cramping. The standard treatments for spider veins are sclerotherapy and laser or pulsed light treatments.

Medical Grade Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion improves mild to moderate sun damage, scarring, wrinkles and other superficial skin problems. A gentle stream of tiny particles exfoliates the outer layer of skin and provides a fresh, glowing, younger appearance. Only a small amount of skin is removed, so sensitive areas such as the face, chest, neck, arms and hands can be treated. Results are comparable to a light chemical peel and should be immediately visible.
